Становлення особистості в умовах професійної мобільності

Abstract

У статті розглянуто психологічні засади становлення особистості в умовах професійної мобільності. Процес становлення особистості не є абстрактним, позанормативним, вільним від соціокультурних впливів. Мобільність безпосередньо пов’язана із процесом професіоналізації особистості. Важливим чинником мобільності виступає освіта, що здобувається у процесі професійного становлення, професіоналізації. Здатність до професійної мобільності значною мірою визначається рівнем професійного розвитку особистості. Тож професійна мобільність висуває вимоги до особистості професіонала стосовно конкурентоспроможності, самовдосконалення, здатності до самоорганізації, подолання перешкод, прагнення до акме тощо. Професійна мобільність відіграє важливу роль у професійному становленні особистості як каталізатора розвитку, орієнтира у професійному просторі, засобу подолання кризових явищ. The psychological principles of the personality’s formation in the conditions of the professional mobility are covered in the article. It is noted that the process of the personality’s formation is not abstract, out of norm, free from social and cultural influences. The mobility is directly connected with the process of the personality’s professionalization. The education which is got in the process of the professional formation and professionalization is an important factor of the mobility. The ability for the professional mobility is largely determined by the level of the personality’s professional development. So the professional mobility puts its requirements to the specialist’s personality as for his or her competitiveness, self-improvement, the ability for self-organization, obstacles’ overcoming, the desire for acme and so on. The author concludes that the professional mobility plays an important role in the personality’s professional formation as the development catalyst, the guide in the professional space, a means of the crisis phenomena overcoming.
