Соціальний захист населення промислових регіонів України у 1944–му – на початку 50-х рр.

Abstract

У статті зроблено спробу охарактеризувати стан соціального забезпечення населення промислових регіонів України у повоєнний період. Дано історичну оцінку ставленню радянського керівництва до проблем незахищених верств населення. Вказано на недостатній рівень соціального захисту. На основі архівних матеріалів, існуючих публікацій та аналізу правових положень і звернень розкрито проблему соціального захисту населення України та відтворено реальну картину рівня соціального забезпечення міського населення промислових регіонів країни. The state of social security of the population in the industrial regions of Ukraine during post-war period has been attempted to characterize. The historical estimation of Soviet Union government attitude to the problem of unprotected sections of the population is given. It is paid attention to the insufficient standards of social security. The problem of social security of the Ukrainian population is revealed on base of archive materials, publications, available and legal regulations and treatments analysis, the real situation as for the social security of urban population of the industrial regions of the country.
