Синонімія комп’ютерної лексики

Abstract

У статті зроблено спробу обґрунтувати важливість вивчення синонімії в комп’ютерній сфері, охарактеризувати цілі й проблеми сучасних досліджень у цій галузі, визначити функції синонімії в лексичній системі сфери інформаційних технологій. У роботі проаналізовано закономірності виникнення синонімічних рядів англійської комп’ютерної лексики, розглянуто найпоширеніші синонімічні ряди серед неологізмів комп’ю¬терної сфери в різних концептах, установлено головні джерела поповнення синонімічних рядів, виокремлено основні комп’ютерні тематичні групи, у яких виникають найдовші синонімічні ряди та причини їх виникнення. The article presents an attempt to found the importance of studying synonymy in the computer sphere, to describe purposes and problems of modern researches in this field, to define functions of synonymy in the lexical system of information technologies. Regularities in the creation of synonymous rows of English computer neologisms are analysed in the article, the most widespread synonymous rows among neologisms of computer sphere in different concepts are considered, the main sources of growth of the synonymous rows are stated, the basic computer thematic groups of the longest synonymous rows and reasons for their appearance are singled out, the factors of the prevailing of nouns in synonymous rows of studied neologisms are analysed. The possibility to build up definite gradation of computer neologisms in synonymous rows is shown.
