Системна вмотивованість фонемної структури лексичних запозичень у британській та американській вимовних нормах

Abstract

У статті описуються силабічні, акцентні, морфологічні та лексико-граматичні характеристики лексичних запозичень в аспекті британської та американської вимовних норм. Установлено системотвірні чинники, що впливають на процеси фонологічного нормування досліджуваних одиниць, які виявляють вільне фонемне варіювання в нормативному аспекті. Доведено, що запозичення із формальними модифікаціями фонемних структур виявляють частковий ступінь фонологічної асиміляції. The paper describes syllabic, accentual, morphological and lexico-grammatical charecteristics of borrowings in British and American pronouncition norms. A distinctive feature of the phonetic structure of foreign words is the presence of the variant modifications. System motivation of varying phonemic structures of borrowings is determined by the following characteristics: the majority of cases of varying phonemic structures is recorded in unstressed position in the British variant and in stressed position in the American variant; the vast majority of cases of the phonemic variation occurs in the root of the word, high frequency variation in phonemic structures disyllabic and trisyllabic borrowings. Borrowings with phonemic variation structures are partially assimilated, preserving foreign pronunciation shape in the main or alternative variant.
