Етапи становлення та розвитку професійної підготовки вчителів початкової школи в Україні

Abstract

Проблема визначення етапів становлення та розвитку професійної педагогічної підготовки вчителів початкової школи актуальна, оскільки у процесі підготовки педагогічних кадрів нової генерації акцентується на розкритті особливостей етапів становлення та розвитку професійно-педагогічної освіти в Україні. Наголошено, що розвиток професійно-педагогічної освіти в Україні має історичний характер, зумовлений історико-культурними та соціально-економічними чинниками. Досліджуючи етапи становлення та розвитку професійно-педагогічної підготовки вчителів в Україні, можна визначити такі її основні етапи: елементарний (копіювальний), наслідувальний та професійно-педагогічний. The problem of determining the stages of formation and development of professional pedagogical training of primary school teachers is relevant, because in the process of preparation of the national pedagogical cadres of the new generation is focused on the disclosure of the specifics of stages of formation and development of professional-pedagogical education in Ukraine.

The purpose of the article is the analysis of the approaches of scientists to the definition of the stages of develop-ment of professional-pedagogical preparation of teachers of primary schools in Ukraine.

It is noted that the development of professional-pedagogical education in Ukraine has a historical character, which is conditioned by the historical-cultural and socio-economic factors. Exploring the stages of formation and develop-ment of professional-pedagogical training of teachers in Ukraine one can distinguish the following main stages: elementary (copy), imitative and the professional and pedagogical.
