Охарактеризовано ознаки й різновиди американської та європейської моделей конституційного контролю. Визначено основні особливості й відмінності цих моделей. The formation and development of the constitutional control institute are explored in the article. The main features and types of American and European models of constitutional control are characterized. The main features and differences between these models are defined. |
