Художній переклад як діалог культур: семантично-експресивна співвідносність лексичних еквівалентів у польських перекладах української поезії (на матеріалі часопису «Biuletyn Polsko-Ukraiński»)

Abstract

У статті авторка розглядає специфіку творчості перекладача поезії, яка виявляється в пошуку адекватних лексичних відповідників для точної передачі змісту оригіналу. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз деяких поезій Та-раса Шевченка й Івана Франка та їх польських інтерпретацій. Показано наявність подібних лексичних елемен-тів у споріднених слов’янських мовах, які надають можливість у деяких випадках створення дослівних пере-кладів. Висвітлено труднощі відтворення історичного контексту та індивідуальних властивостей оригінального тексту.In the article of Svitlana Kravchenko «Artistic translation like a dialogue of cultures: semantically expressive accordance of lexical equivalents in the Polish translations of the Ukrainian poetry (used the material of the newspaper “Biuletyn Polsko-Ukrainski”)» author describes the specific character of poetry translator work in selection of adequate lexical equivalents for the exact transmission of the original content. The article contains comparative analysis of some poetries by Taras Shevchenko and Ivan Franka and their Polish interpretations. It also shows the presence of similar lexical elements in the family of slavonic languages which enables to carry out a word-for-word translation in some cases. The author examines difficulties in recreation of historical context and individual properties of original text.
