Педагогічні умови ефективної взаємодії сім’ї і школи у вихованні духовності молодших школярів

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано педагогічні умови взаємодії сім’ї і школи, за організації і дотримання яких виховання духовності молодших школярів у взаємодії сім’ї і школи буде ефективним: інформаційно-просвітницька робота вчителя з батьками; цілеспрямований вплив учителя на духовне збагачення сімейного середовища через вихованців; активізація співпраці, партнерства у тріаді «вчитель – батьки – учень». Акцентовано увагу на доцільності організації «педагогічної школи» для батьків, батьківського лекторію, уроків духовності, створення ситуацій, залучення дітей до духовних видів діяльності, спонукання до духовного вчинку, родинно-шкільної програми взаємодії «Ми разом, ми партнери». The article considers the problem of interaction between family and school in the education of spirituality younger pupils and defines the logic of the process of education the spiritual personality. The article elucidated essence of the concepts of «optimization», «conditions», «pedagogical terms» and correlation between categories of «environment» and «space». The article substantiates the pedagogical conditions of interaction between family and school, which organizing and compliance makes the education of younger pupils spirituality in the interaction of family and school effective: information and educational activities of teachers with parents; purposeful teacher influence on family spiritual enrichment through the pupils; intensification of cooperation, partnership of the triad «teacher – parents – pupil». Attention is accented on the feasibility of «pedagogical school» for parents, parental lectures, discussions, psychological training, practical tasks, teacher-parent meeting, lessons of spirituality, ethical conversation, creating situations, involving children in spiritual activities, motivation to the spiritual action, family-school interaction program «Together, we are partners». The article stresses that the implementation of the pedagogical conditions for effective interaction of the family and the school promotes theoretical and practical training of parents in the spiritual education of children in primary school children forming the general guidelines for interest and positive attitude to personal spiritual growth, self-motivation, bringing spiritual and moral virtues, gaining personal spiritual experience, building a constructive dialogue, partnership, subject-subject relations between students, parents and teachers, spiritual enrichment of family and school.
