Метафора в українських народнопісенних текстах

Abstract

У статті розглянуто семантику та структуру метафори як важливої образотворчої одиниці в системі фольклорних тропів із переносним значенням, виділено її основні різновиди за будовою (прості та складні), за виділенням статичних і динамічних ознак людини й довкілля і за способом перенесення (рослина > людина, тварина, птах > людина, небесні світила і явища природи > людина, людина > небесні світила і явища природи, предмети і речовини > людина, міфічні істоти > людина, просторові або часові параметри > людина, предмети > абстрактні явища). Вказано на складність і здійснено спробу розмежування метафор та епітетів, метафор і порівнянь, звернуто увагу на специфіку метафор-персоніфікацій, метафор-загадок і метафор-алегорій. The article deals with the study of semantics and structure of metaphor viewed as an important image forming device in the system of the folklore tropes that have indirect meaning, with the differentiation of its main types on the basis of its structure (simple and composite), static and dynamic features of person and environment, and on the basis of the ways of figuration (plant > person, animal, bird > person, stars and nature phenomena > person,person > stars and nature phenomena, objects and substances > person, mythic creatures > person, spatial or time parameters > person, objects > abstract phenomena). A special attention has been paid to the difficult and complex processes of the differentiation between metaphors and epithets, metaphors and comparisons, the distinction between theses tropes has been carried out, and the peculiar features of the metaphors-personifications, metaphors-riddles and metaphors-allegories were pointed out.
