Гандбол як засіб формування рухових навичок у студентів

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано методи та засоби формування рухових навичок у студентів у процессі заняття гандболом, які позитивно впливають на процес навчання. Гандбол розглядають як засіб формування рухових навичок у студентів. Завдання дослідження – вивчити та проаналізувати особливості розвитку й удосконалення рухових якостей студентів на заняттях із гандболу. Для розв’язання цієї проблеми проаналізовано матеріали останніх досліджень науковців і фахівців із гандболу, статей сучасної періодики. Удосконалення рухових умінь та виховання фізичних якостей – єдиний педагогічний процес. Рухові вміння в гандболістів різноманітні й досить складні. Під час навчально-тренувальних занять потрібно враховувати вікові особливості учнів і рівень розвитку фізичних якостей. The article presents information about the methods and means of formation of motor skills among students in the process of handball practices that positively influence the educational process. Handball is studied as means of development of motor skills of students. Tasks of the research – to study and analyze development and mastering of motor skills of students during handball classes. For revealing of this problem we have analyzed the materials of the latest researches on the topic, articles of modern periodicals. Mastering of motor skills and education of physical qualities is a united pedagogical process. Motor skills of handball players are different and quite complex. During educational and training classes it is necessary to take into account age peculiarities of players and level of development of their physical qualities.
