Abstract: | The article is devoted to the socio-geographic features of the resettlement of the rural population of the Volyn region. The authors give a geographical description of the rural settlement system of the Volyn region. The study also considered the features of the spatial structure of rural settlements in the Volyn region. It is shown that the formation of population settlement is influenced by several groups of factors, in particular the level of socio-economic development of the administrative region. Trends in the development of the demographic situation in the rural areas of the Volyn region were revealed. The dynamics of the formation of rural settlements, their grouping by population and territorial differences in the settlement systems of the region are illustrated. A detailed analysis of the indicators in the administrative districts of the region makes it possible to identify and show the regularities of the distribution of the rural population on the territory of the region. |
