| Abstract: | ОЕФ – це комплексна дисципліна, яка об’єднує три змістовних розділи: Організація діяльності аптек із забезпечення населення і закладів охорони здоров’я лікарськими засобами та товарами аптечного асортименту; Системи звітності та обліку в аптечних закладах; Основи економіки у фармації. Зауважимо, що усі ці розділи в повному спектрі викладені у рецензованих методичних рекомендаціях. ОЕФ належить до таких дисциплін, які неможливо вивчити та зрозуміти, не вирішуючи ситуаційних завдань за тематиками занять; не займаючись пошуком навчально-інформативних джерел; не спілкуючись із практикуючими спеціалістами фармацевтичної галузі. Тому у методичних рекомендаціях зроблений наголос на самостійній підготовці студентів до тематики заняття, закріпленні набутих навичок в ході практичного заняття за вирішенням певного роду складних ситуаційних моментів, які можуть бути присутніми у практиці роботи завідувача (начальника, директора тощо) аптечного структурного підрозділу. Робота побудована на використанні моделі «Ділової ігри», що дозволяє закріпити отриманні знання на практиці. Такий спосіб ведення заняття є сучасним, інтегративним, таким, який дозволяє підвищити рівень компетентності майбутніх магістрів фармації. |
| Description: | The organization and economy of pharmacy (OEF) is a complex discipline that unites three meaningful sections: Organization of activities of pharmacies to provide the population and health care institutions with medicines and products of the pharmacy assortment; Reporting and accounting systems in pharmacies; Basics of economics in pharmacy. We note that all these sections are presented in full in the peer-reviewed methodological recommendations. OEF belongs to such disciplines that it is impossible to learn and understand without solving situational tasks on the subjects of classes; not looking for educational and informative sources; without communicating with pharmaceutical practitioners. Therefore, the methodical recommendations emphasize the independent preparation of students for the subject of the lesson, consolidation of acquired skills during the practical lesson by solving a certain kind of difficult situational moments that may be present in the work practice of the manager (chief, director, etc.) of the pharmacy structural unit. The work is based on the use of the "Business Game" model, which allows you to consolidate the acquired knowledge in practice. This way of conducting classes is modern, integrative, and allows to increase the level of competence of future masters of pharmacy. |
