Радикалізація антиміграційної риторики політичних партій Італії на парламентських виборах 2018 р.

Abstract

Проаналізовано висловлювання політиків та положення виборчих програм найбільших політичних партій Італії щодо проблем міграції та біженства під час проведення позачергових парламентських виборів 2018 р. З’ясовано як міграційна криза вплинула на внутрішньополітичний розвиток країни та її зовнішню політику. Вивчено особливості радикалізації антиміграційної риторики політичних партій. Стверджуємо, що опозиційні («Вперед, Італіє!», «Ліга») та контрсистемні партії «Рух п’яти зірок» для здобуття перемоги на виборах максимально використали міграційний виклик для Італії. Антиміграційна риторика політичних партій була зумовлена їх трактуванням міграційної кризи у контексті економічної та політичної кризи в країні, небажанні та неспроможності ЄС допомогти Італії та італійцям подолати їх, підтримці ними особисто В. Путіна й зовнішньої політики Російської Федерації. Важливо, що усі ці складники були взаємопоєднані, -обумовлені, -посилені й -маніпульовані за змістом і часом. Антиміграційні гасла загострили конкуренцію між ідейними платформами політичних партій та їх боротьбу за голоси виборців. The statements of politicians and the position of the election programs of the largest political parties of Italy on migration and refugee issues during the extraordinary parliamentary elections of 2018 are analyzed. It was clarified how the migration crisis affected the country's internal political development and its foreign policy. Features of radicalization of anti-migration rhetoric of political parties were studied. We argue that the opposition («Forward Italy», «League») and the counterpart system «Movement of Five Stars» used the migration challenge for Italy to win the election as much as possible. The anti-migration rhetoric of political parties was due to their interpretation of the migration crisis in the context of the economic and political crisis in the country, the reluctance and inability of the EU to help Italy and Italians overcome them, with their support of V. Putin and the foreign policy of the Russian Federation. It is important that all these components are mutually interconnected, conditioned, enhanced and manipulated by content and time. The anti-migration slogans exacerbated the competition between the ideological platforms of political parties and their struggle for voters' voices.
