Сучасний стан вітчизняної політичної регіоналістики та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

Виклики, що постали перед Україною у 2014 році, процеси європейської регіоналізації і децентралізації влади актуалізували дослідження у сфері політичної регіоналістики — складової політичної науки. Проаналізовано стан української політичної регіоналістики в контексті нинішніх складних процесів конституційної реформи, децентралізації влади та реформи місцевого самоврядування, на основі чого визначено об’єкт та предмет її дослідження. Обґрунтовано, що для вітчизняної політичної регіоналістики існує доволі широке дослідницьке поле, яке в сучасних надзвичайно складних політичних умовах (тимчасова втрата Криму і значних територій Донбасу) потребує активізації наукових зусиль. Наголошено, що цей науковий напрям не може стояти осторонь зазначених подій, більше того, повинен бути в авангарді наукового дискурсу, пропонуючи адекватні відповіді на виклики ХХІ століття. Результати дослідження становитимуть аналітичний матеріал для активізації наукових досліджень у сфері політичної регіоналістики. Практична значущість матеріалів статті полягає в окресленні основних напрямів розвитку вітчизняної політичної регіоналістики.

The challenges facing Ukraine in 2014, the processes of European regionalization and decentralization of power, actualized studies in the field of political regionalistics — a component of political science. The state of Ukrainian political of regional studies is analyzed in the context of the present complex processes of constitutional reform, decentralization of power and local self-government reform, on the basis of which the object and subject of its research are determined. It has been argued that for the national political of regional studies there is a rather broad field of research, which, in today’s extremely difficult political conditions (temporary loss of the Crimea and significant territories of the Donbas), requires intensification of scientific efforts. It is stressed that this scientific direction can not stand against these events, moreover, it must be at the forefront of scientific discourse, offering adequate responses to the challenges of the 21st century. The results of the study will be the analytical material for activating scientific research in the field of political regionalism. The practical significance of the material of the article is to outline the main directions of development of national political of regional studies.
