Особливості розвитку емпатії майбутніх соціальних педагогів

Abstract

У статті розкриваються результати вивчення особливостей розвитку та рівнів сформованості емпатії в студентів, адже від рівня сформованості та розвитку у соціального педагога умінь розуміти внутрішній світ іншої людини, її труднощі та особистісні проблеми, відгукуватися на її переживання, тобто розуміти стан клієнта, його соціальний досвід та особливості емоційно-чутєвої сфери у великій мірі залежить ефективність його професійної діяльності. Метою статті є висвітлення реального стану сформованості та особливостей емпатійних здібностей студентів. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що для студентів, незалежно від курсу характерним є середній рівень розвитку окремих компонентів емпатії. В цілому, за загальними показниками, більшість студентів мають занижений та середній рівень розвитку емпатійних здібностей. Статистичними методами підтверджено, що між студентами різних курсів існують достовірні відмінності за окремими компонентами (каналами) емпатії (за винятком раціонального), проте вже на рівні загальних показників розвитку емпатійних здібностей ці відмінності згладжуються, набувають випадкового характеру.In the article was disclosed study the features of development and levels of formation of empathy abilities in the students. To understand the internal world of human, her difficulties and personal problems, respond to her feelings scilicet to understand the condition of client and his social experience are depending from level of formation and development of skills in social teacher. The effectiveness of professional activity in social teacher largely depends on the features of emotional and sensual spheres. The aim of the study was illumination of the real state of formation and features of empathy abilities in the students. By results of researches it was established that students have the average level of development some components of empathy regardless of course of study. Most of the students have had diminished and average level of development empathy abilities. It have been confirmed by statistical methods that students of different course of study had significant differences for the individual components (the channels) of empathy (except the rational). But at the level of common indicators of development of empathy abilities this differences were smoothed and acquired the random nature.
