Консультативна діяльність у загальноосвітньому навчальному закладі: зарубіжний досвід

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано досвід консультативної діяльності у системі освіти Великобританії, Німеччині, Новій Зеландії, Польщі, США, Швеції, Франції, Японії тощо. Визначено фахівців, які надають консультативну допомогу в школах за рубежем. З’ясовано головні кваліфікаційні вимоги до фахівців освітнього консультування та змісту питань, з яких проводиться консультування у закордонних школах; названо функціональні обов’язки шкільного консультанта в межах різних ланок освіти. Вивчено обов’язки шкільних соціальних педагогів / працівників, визначено питання, з яких консультують шкільні соціальні педагоги / працівники. Встановлено позиції, які можна врахувати при визначенні змісту консультативної діяльності соціального педагога в Україні. Вивчення зарубіжного досвіду моніторингу та забезпечення ефективності консультативної діяльності фахівця в умовах загальноосвітнього навчального закладу є перспективним. Specialists who provide advice to schools abroad are definite. The main qualification requirements to the specialists of the educational counseling clarified and content issues on which consultation held in foreign schools; the functional duties of school consultant within different parts of education are definite. Duties of school social pedagogues / workers studied; the questions of school counseling social pedagogues / workers identified. It has been found that most American schools continue to dominate the traditional social work model, which focuses on students with social and emotional difficulties and their parents. In addition, unlike a school counselor, a social worker only deals with a small group of pupils in need of special assistance. A study of pedagogical practice suggests that in the Great Britain, social workers are affiliated with individual schools and regularly attending them, working with teachers, helping them to solve the problems of student abilities and behavior. As a social teacher / social worker, as shown by the study of foreign experience, in many countries, he is a member of the school team to support and assist the student. However, in comparison with Ukraine, his duties are narrowed, first of all, work with the crisis categories of children and youth and the solution of a number of psychosocial problems. Positions which it is possible to take into account at determination of maintenance of consulting activities of social pedagogues in Ukraine are set. The study of foreign experience monitoring and ensuring the effectiveness of specialist consulting activities in terms of an educational institution is promising.
