Організація видавничої діяльності Комінтерну в 1919–1922 рр.

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості розвитку та функціонування видавничої діяльності Комуністичного інтер-націоналу в перші роки його існування. З’ясовано модель, за якою діяли інформаційно-пропагандистські відділи Комінтерну, та пріоритети, котрі вони перед собою ставили. Розглянуто передумови, що дали змогу структурам Комінтерну перетворитися на дієвий інструмент радянської пропаганди в європейських країнах, та підривної діяльності на Заході на користь СРСР. Зроблено висновок про те, що видавничо-інформаційні відділи поступово розширили сферу своєї діяльності з пропагандистсько-просвітницької роботи в окремих секціях Комінтерну до збору інформації та розвідувальної діяльності поза межами Росії. In this general paper the attitude of development and functioning of publishing activity of the Communist International in the first years of its existence are considered. Subject matter related to the model on which the information and propaganda departments of the Comintern acted and the priorities that they set for themselves. The preconditions that allowed the structures of the Comintern to become an effective tool of Soviet propaganda in European countries and subversive activities in the West in favor of the USSR are considered. Conclusions are drawn that the publishing and information departments gradually expanded the scope of their activities in the propaganda and educational work in certain sections of the Comintern to gather information and intelligence activities outside of Russia.
