Формування професійних рис та якостей студентів коледжу у процесі вивчення іноземної мови

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні шляхи формування висококваліфікованого фахівця у процесі навчання. Шляхом аналізу, спостереження, вивчення низки літературних джерел і останніх наукових досліджень у даному напрямі, ознайомлення з передовим педагогічним досвідом встановлено актуальність проблеми, визначено особливе місце курсу «Іноземна мова» у формуванні професійних умінь і навичок майбутніх фахівців, засвоєння ними необхідних знань, формування людини глибоко духовної, високоінтелектуальної, відкритої новим ідеям, креативної й творчої, готової до подальшого самовдосконалення та самореалізації. Основна мета статті полягає у аналізі й виокремленні особливостей формування професійних рис та якостей студентів коледжу у процесі вивчення ними іноземної мови. Автор визначає потребу оновлення вимог щодо сучасних фахівців на ринку праці, а тому наголошує на таких із них як-от: висококваліфікований спеціаліст, працездатний працівник, всебічно розвинена особистість. Натомість автор наголошує, що основними якостями майбутнього фахівця мають стати динамізм та мобільність, високий професійний рівень та конкурентоспроможність, здатність до постійного особистого та професійного зростання та інші. У статті розглядаються основні шляхи підвищення рівня та якості підготовки майбутніх фахівців, а саме: формування професійних умінь і навичок, необхідних рис та якостей; вивчення, узагальнення та упровадження передового досвіду; створення сприятливих умов задля підвищення мотивації до навчання та подальшого розвитку та інтересу до обраної професії; набуття практичного досвіду. The article considers the main ways of forming a highly qualified specialist in the process of learning. Through the analysis, observation, the study of a number of literary sources and recent scientific research in this direction, familiarity with advanced pedagogical experience has established the relevance of the problem, a special place of the course "Foreign Language" is defined in the formation of professional skills and skills of future specialists, their acquisition of the necessary knowledge, the formation of man deeply spiritual, highly intellectual, open to new ideas, creative and creative, ready for further self-improvement and self-realization. The main purpose of the paper is to analyze and distinguish the features of the formation of the professional qualities and characteristics of college students in the process of learning them in a foreign language. The author determines the need to upgrade the requirements of modern specialists in the labor market, and therefore emphasizes on such as: highly skilled specialist, able-bodied worker, fully developed personality. Instead, the author emphasizes that the main qualities of the future specialist should be dynamism and mobility, high professional level and competitiveness, ability to constant personal and professional growth, and others. It has been determined that in addition to the proper level of theoretical training, the main tool of the work of a modern specialist is his own personality: moral values, awareness of their significance in the implementation of professional duties, critical self-esteem, systematic pursuit of constant self-development, self-improvement, which influence the desire to study, obtain professional knowledge, improve the acquired skills and skills needed in the future for the practical work. The author pays special attention to the notions of "professional training", "professional mobility", "professionalism", which are fundamental to the activities of any modern specialist. The article deals with the main ways to increase the level and quality of training of future specialists, namely: the formation of professional skills and the necessary features and qualities; study, synthesis and implementation of best practices; creation of favorable conditions for increasing motivation to study and further development and interest in the chosen profession; acquiring practical experience.
