| Abstract: | У статті здійснено аналіз теоретико-правових підходів щодо змісту характеристики злочинів терористичного характеру, елементів криміналістичної характеристики терористичного акту та їх кореляційних зв’язків. Автор обґрунтовує та розкриває зміст таких структурних елементів характеристики злочинів терористичного характеру як способи вчинення злочинів терористичного характеру; характеристика особи злочинця (терориста); типові сліди злочинів терористичного характеру; характеристика особи потерпілого (жертви); обстановка вчинення злочинів терористичного характеру (місце, час та інші обставини).The article analyzes the theoretical and legal approaches to the content characteristics of terrorist crimes, elements of criminological characteristics of a terrorist act and the correlation connections between them. An accurate and comprehensive criminological characterization of the issue provides further opportunities for constructing investigative and operational versions, identifying a set of the essential paramount investigative actions and operational-search methods. The author substantiates and reveals the content of such structural elements of the criminological characteristics as the means of committing terrorist crimes, laying emphasis on individual characteristics of a criminal (terrorist), typical traces of terrorist crimes, characteristics of the injured person (the victim), setting of the terroristic acts (place, time and other circumstances). |
