| Abstract: | Висвітлено діяльність Луцьких міських думи та управи в 1914–1918 рр., основні чинники, закономірності та особливості їхньої роботи. Визначено головні проблеми в діяльності цих органів на різних етапах. Просте-жено зміну влад у місті та їх вплив на самоврядування. Проаналізовано персональний склад думи й управи.The article shows the work of Lutsk municipal council and board in the 1914-1918 yy., the main factors and laws of their work. The state of municipal government and the main issues raised on the agenda in the council and board at the initial stage of the war have been characterized. The change of authorities and their influence on municipal government have been traced. The basic problem in the work of municipal government at different stages and their attempts to reform that took place in 1917-1918 have been described. |
