Моделювання як механізм стратегічного розвитку університету

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовується процес моделювання як механізм стратегічного розвитку університету. Проблема моделювання стратегічного розвитку університету займає важливе місце в системі управління навчальним закладом. Метою статті є теоретичне обґрунтування моделювання як механізму стратегічного розвитку університету. Методологічними засадами дослідження є теорія моделювання, положення стратегічного менеджменту та управління навчальними закладами, системний та синергетичний підходи. У статті акцентується увага на особливостях моделювання як механізму стратегічного розвитку університету, розкриваються умови здійснення зазначеного процесу. Визначено переваги та недоліки моделювання стратегічного розвитку університету. Доведено, що у практичній діяльності моделювання стратегічного розвитку університету є складним механізмом, який, у свою чергу, містить сукупність регламентуючих правил, законів, процедур та особливостей взаємодії між суб’єктами та об’єктами управління. The article deals the process of the modeling as a mechanism of the university’s strategic development. The problem of the modeling of the university’s strategic development occupies an important place in the educational institution management. The aim of the article is the theoretical justification of the modeling as a mechanism university’s strategic development. The author reveals the basic concepts of research, analyzes their characteristics in the context of the modeling of the university’s strategic development. Methodological bases of research are the theory of modeling, the position of strategic management and school management, systematic and synergetic approach. The article focuses on the modeling of a mechanism of the university’s strategic development, reveals the conditions of this process, as well as the main factors that have a significant impact on the development of the higher education institution. The using the modeling approach allows to study the process of the university’s strategic development before its implementation, to provide negative consequences, as well as holistically to study the structure of the process. The mechanism is determined as a complex of management processes, which affect the university’s strategy development, and regulate the run and direction of university’s development in the long-term perspective. The article presents the main advantages and disadvantages of the modeling of the university’s strategic development. The author prove that the management of the strategic development is the composite mechanism in the practice, which in it’s turn contains a set of governing rules, laws and procedures of the interaction between the subjects and objects of the management. The results of the investigation prove that the modeling is an effective mechanism of the university’s strategy development.
