Семантика етнокультурних образів у прозі Федора Одрача

Abstract

У статті схарактеризовано особливості творення етнокультурних образів в оповіданнях Федора Одрача. Досліджено автообраз письменника-поліщука, а також галерея гетерообразів, зокрема росіян, голландців, англійців, чехів, італійців, шотландців, індіанців, особливості їх етноіміджу. The author of article is interested in the auto-image of writer, the carrier of the mental special features of the inhabitant of Polisie. Furthermore, Fedor Odrach’s stories attract attention by the entire gallery of ethno images – Russians, Dutchmen, Englishmen, Czechs, Italians, Scotsmen, Indian. The writer could get know ethnic special features due to the emigrant’s fate. F. Odrach investigates the special features of temperaments, ability to adoption in the foreign medium, the process of interaction – someone else’s – stranger, the degree of the unity of ethno-group, getting to know ethno-images of the representatives of different national cultures. In this context the means of Ukrainian is understood, some ethno mental Ukrainians’ features are analyzed.
