Розвиток системи кадастру нерухомості в Республіці Молдова

Abstract

Розглянуто кадастрову систему нерухомості в Республіці Молдова як одну з найкращих кадастрових систем у країнах СНД і одну з найбільш передових систем кадастру в Європі. Визначено мету та завдання створення кадастру нерухомості в Республіці Молдова. Виділено етапи становлення системи кадастру нерухомості в Молдові. Проаналізовано основні напрями діяльності Державного підприємства «Cadastru» та його філіалів. Указано на те, що створена в країні єдина система реєстрації об’єктів нерухомості є найбільш успішною в регіоні і з погляду її простоти та доступності для власників, і для більш ефективного управління з боку держави. Розкрито основні проблеми та перспективні напрями функціонування кадастрової системи нерухомості в Республіці Молдова. The article is devoted to the real estate’s cadastre system in the Republic of Moldova as one of the best cadastre systems in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and one of the most advanced inventory systems in Europe. The purpose and objectives of the real estate cadastre in the Republic of Moldova have been defined. The development stages of a system of the real estate cadastre in Moldova have been highlighted. The basic directions of activity of the State Enterprise «Cadastru» and its affiliates were analyzed. It has been specified that only one system of real estate registration that was created in the country is the most successful in the region in terms of its simplicity and accessibility for the owners and for the better management of the state. The basic problems and future directions of the functioning of the real estate’s cadastre system in the Republic of Moldova have been revealed.
