Специфіка підготовки фахівця дошкільної освіти в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

Автор статті обґрунтовує специфіку підготовки фахівця дошкільної освіти в умовах глобалізації на прикладі міжнародної діяльності факультету дошкільної та початкової освіти Херсонського державного університету. З’ясовує переваги адаптації національної вищої освіти до Європейського освітнього простору; доводить, що міжнародне співробітництво – стратегічний напрям діяльності Херсонського державного університету (далі – ХДУ); виявляє напрями міжнародної діяльності факультету дошкільної та початкової освіти ХДУ та їх вплив на фахову підготовку майбутніх вихователів дошкільних навчальних закладів. Робить висновок, що плідна співпраця з Фрьобельсемінаром (м.Кассель, Німеччина); Поморською академією (м.Слупськ, Польща), зокрема реалізація програми «Подвійний диплом»; Барановицьким державним університетом (м. Барановичі, Республіка Білорусь), істотно впливає на якість підготовки фахівців дошкільної освіти через ефективне використання педагогічного, методичного та наукового потенціалу університетів – закордонних партнерів ХДУ, зокрема, та взагалі сприяє розвитку вищої транснаціональної освіти. The author of the article substantiates the specificity of training of specialists of preschool education in the conditions of globalization on the example of the international activities of the faculty of preschool and primary education of Kherson state University. Explains the advantages of adaptation of the national higher education into the European educational space; proves that international cooperation is a strategic direction of activity of the Kherson state University (hereinafter KSU); reveals the directions of the international activities of the faculty of preschool and primary education KSU and their impact on training of future educators of preschool educational institutions. Concludes that a fruitful cooperation with Problemem (Kassel, Germany); Pomeranian Academy (Slupsk Sciences, Poland), in particular the implementation of the program "Double diploma"; Baranovichi state University (B. Baranovichi, Republic of Belarus) significantly affects the quality of training of specialists of preschool education through the effective use of pedagogical, methodological and scientific potential of universities – foreign partners of the KSU, in particular, and in General contributes to the development of transnational higher education. Also the author of the article notes that intercultural and transnational cooperation in the field of education and professional development of the teacher is so weak that to speak of the emergence of a transnational system of education in the technological aspect yet. However, globalization processes allow to adapt the national education system taking into account the mobility of students and workforce. Feedback on the requirements of democratization is the development of personal and social abilities of each person to act independently and participate in society. These trends lead to the formation of global and transnational education, on the one hand, and education for democratic communities on the other.
