Структура англомовної комунікативної ситуації Інтернет-форуму

Abstract

У статті аналізуються структурні компоненти англомовної комунікативної ситуації Інтернет-форуму. Матеріалом дослідження стали тексти повідомлень американського Інтернет-форуму «Share Your Thoughts: Connect with Like-Minded People». У роботі висвітлено основні характеристики комунікації в мережі, досліджено жанрову систему Інтернет-дискурсу та встановлено місце і роль форуму в цій системі. У статті окреслено структуру комунікативної ситуації Інтернет-форуму та проаналізовано лексичні, стилістичні та граматичні особливості текстів повідомлень англомовних Інтернет-форумів. The article focuses on the analysis of the communicative situation constituents of the English Internet forums. The material of the research is based on the messages of the participants of the American Internet forum «Share Your Thoughts: Connect with Like-Minded People». The goal of the study is to investigate the peculiarities of the online communicative situation. In this paper we define and differentiate the following notions: electronic communication, computer-mediated communication and Internet communication. E-mails, chats, forums, message boards, advertising banners, virtual conferences, posts and comments are defined as genres of Internet discourse; websites, weblogs, social networking services and e-libraries are determined as its hypergenres. In this article we singled out the main structural components of the Internet forum communicative situation. They are: addresser, addressee and message. It was also found out that the communicative situation of Internet forums is conditioned by the electronic data link and by the absence of visual and auditory contacts. The results of the research demonstrate that Internet communication occurs in different situational contexts and is based on the information, provided by the communication participants.
