Порушення комунікативної норми та їх усунення у французьких інтернет-форумах

Abstract

У статті зроблено спробу проаналізувати основні види порушень комунікативної норми у французьких інтернет-форумах з огляду на специфіку вже відносно нового дискурсивного середовища. Виявлено, що більшість комунікативних невдач спричинена саме порушенням мовленнєвого етикету, але найчастіше вони не призводять до переривання спілкування у підфорумі. Встановлено, що комунікативні порушення поділяються на ті, що видаляються модератором, та ті, що регулюються власне учасниками форуму. Загалом, дії модератора й учасників форуму спрямовані на підтримання успішної комунікації. The article presents an attempt to analyze the main types of deviations from the communication norm in French Internet forums by taking into account the peculiarities of this relatively new discourse environment. The main types of communication failures were analyzed. It has been found out that the most of them are caused by violation of communication etiquette but generally they don’t interrupt the conversation in forum. The result of the study reveals that the communication deviations are removed by moderator or regulated by other visitors of the forum. Generally the moderator and the participants of forum do their best to maintain effective communication.
