Наукові дискусії щодо статусу сучасної німецької мови Австрії

Abstract

Актуальність цього дослідження зумовлена нагальною потребою узагальнити й теоретично осмислити спостереження сучасних вітчизняних та зарубіжних лінгвістів щодо визначення статусу німецької мови Австрії в загальнонімецькому мовному просторі. Завдяки докладному опису нинішнього співвідношення між мовами німецького й австрійського колективів зносин визначають статус німецької мови Австрії в межах теорії плюри¬центризму. Німецьку мову трактують у рамках теорії немоноцентризму, плюрицентризму, що має декілька рівноправних, рівноцінних національних варіантів, які формують літературну норму у своїх національно-державних центрах. Зверхній погляд носіїв німецької мови Німеччини на німецьку мову Австрії як на діалект породив сплеск національної мовної самосвідомості австрійців, які сконцентрувалися на виявленні своєрідних характерних рис німецької мови Австрії, відмінних від німецької мови Німеччини на всіх мовних рівнях. Виявлено три підходи до статусу німецької мови Австрії: австрійсько-національний, німецько-інтегративний, австрійсько-інтегральний. Результати цього дослідження можна використовувати під час подальшого розгляду тенденцій розвитку сучасної німецької мови Австрії. The research of the difference between German language spoken in Germany and spoken in Austria is an actual problem of modern linguistics. The novelty of the analysis is defined with description the present existence of Austrian German and synthesis of theoretical and applied studies of national varieties. A detailed investigation of the relationship between the two German national varieties will clearly show the status of Austrian German applying the acceptance of German as a pluricentric language. The German language is a polycentric formation with at least four major centers. Pluricentric languages are languages with not only one model center, but several model centers. The acceptance of Austrian German as a dialect or a regional variety of the Standard in Germany underwent a long process of discussion. In addition to this the Austrians are caught between seeking their linguistic identity and differing (between German Standard German and Austrian German) in minor issues. Three approaches to the status of German language in Austria have been identified: Austrian-national, German-integrative and Austrian-integral positions. The problem of the status of Austrian German and the problems associated with it requires the coverage of different aspects.
