Принципи реабілітації хворих на менінгіт

Abstract

Менінгіти (М) являють собою тяжку патологію центральної нервової системи, проблеми лікування й реабілітації якої залишаються актуальними у зв’язку зі значною летальністю, великим відсотком ускладнень і залишкових явищ. Із метою підвищення ефективності реабілітації хворих на М у роботі проведено комплекс клінічних, біохімічних, імунологічних і радіоімунних методів, спрямованих на дослідження параметрів систем адаптації в 170 пацієнтів із М різної етіології. На підставі отриманих даних стосовно хворих на М потрібно виділяти такі основні принципи реабілітації: можливо, ранній початок реабілітаційних заходів; сувора послідовність і наступність відбудовних заходів; комплексний характер заходів відновлювання із застосу­ванням різноманітних методів впливу; адекватність реабілітаційних заходів адаптаційним та резервним можливостям реконвалесцента; постійний контроль ефективності програм реабілітації. Meningitis is a serious pathology of the central nervous system, problems of treatment and rehabilitation of which remain acute in connection with the considerable lethality, big percent of complications and the residual phenomena. For the purpose of rising of efficiency of aftertreatment of the ill with meningitis it is analyzed the parameters of systems of adaptation among 170 ill with meningitis of a different etiology by the complex clinical, biochemical, immunologic and radioimmunoassay methods. On the basis of the received data it is necessary to evolve following philosophy of aftertreatment the with meningitis: as much as it is possible the early beginning of rehabilitation actions; strict sequence and continuity of the regenerative actions; complex character of actions of restoration with application of manifold methods of action; adequacy of rehabilitation actions to adaptive and reserve possibilities of a convalescent; constant control of efficiency of programs of aftertreatment.
