Оптичні атмосферні явища у світогляді мешканців Західного Полісся

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано знання та вірування поліщуків про оптичні атмосферні явища. Проаналізовано думки мешканців Західного Полісся про їх виникнення, а також до яких наслідків приведе їх поява. Указано на поступову втрату цих знань поліщуками. Astronomic knowledges and beliefs are analysed in the article. Special attention is paid on optical atmospheric phenomenon having occured in peasents' life. Reasons for their origin according to beliefs of Zakhidne (Western) Polissya inhabitants are analysed. The author also describes consequences of origins of some astronomic phenomenon that have some rational and irrational grounds. The researcher explains gradual loss of astronomic knowledges by polishchuki that was caused by ecological changes, urbanisation processes and formation of informational society.
