Концепція художньої творчості в романі Ю. І. Крашевського «Stara baśń» / The Conception of Artistic Creativity in the Novel by Yu. I. Kraszewski “The Old Legend”

Abstract

У статті розглянуто концепцію художньої творчості, представлену в історичному романі Ю. І. Кра-шевського «Stara baśń» поряд з ідеальною моделлю організації державності. Образ народного співця Слована висвітлено з точки зору його ролі в художній структурі роману. Погляди польського письменника на художню творчість схарактеризовано як такі, що узгоджуються з європейською романтичною традицією і виходять за її межі не лише в площину реалістичної літератури другої половини ХІХ ст., а й у простір літературних пошуків століття наступного./ In the article, the conception of art, presented in the historical novel by Yu. I. Kraszewski “The Old Legend”, along with the ideal model of organization of the state, the social life of people. The image of a folk singer Slovan and his songs, actively participating in the life of the clearings of the 9th century, characterized from the point of view of its function in the artistic structure of the novel. View of Polish writer on art, creativity shown as associated with the European romantic tradition and beyond its borders not only in the plane realistic literature of the second half of the 19th century, but in the space of the literary aspirations of the 20th century. Artistic creativity, according to the logic of the historical novel Kraszewski, is carried out according to the laws of the dialogue, in which can take part all the people, realizing his kinship, common beliefs about good and evil, heroic and criminal. This dialogue is a means of harmonization of individual, public and universal being of people.
