Детермінанти самоздійснення особистості

Abstract

У статті висвітлено підходи щодо сутності поняття самоздійснення. Запро-поновано авторське його визначення. Показано зв’язок між самоздійсненням, самореалізацією й саморозвитком. Розкрито особистісні детермінанти самоздій-снення (мотиваційно-смислові), зокрема потреби, мотиви, цілі та сенс життя особистості. Особливу увагу приділено ціннісним орієнтаціям, які визначають пріоритетну сферу життєдіяльності людини, а також можливі способи її прояву – власне процес самоздійснення особистості. Зазначено, що повнота самоздійснення залежить від того, наскільки людина розкрила свої здібності, а життя й діяльність відповідають її інтересам, прагненням. The approaches to concept of realization investigation are highlighted in the article. Authors determination is offered. The interaction of concepts realization, self-realization and self-development is represented. The personality determinants of realization (motivational semantic) are exposed, in particular necessities, reasons, goals and sense of life of personality. The special attention is focused on the valued orientations which determine the priority sphere of vital functions of person, and also the possible methods of its display – the process of realization of personality. It is marked that plenitude of realization depends on that, as far as a man exposed in itself the capabilities, as far as life and activity answer its interests, aspirations.
