Формування ціннісних компетентностей майбутнього соціального педагога як науково-педагогічна проблема

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження. У статті зазначається, що формування професійної підготовки особистості майбутнього соціального педагога визначається реформуванням сучасної освіти, що вимагає радикальних змін у навчально-виховному процесі, використання новітніх технологій і методів навчання, що сприяли б реалізації інтелектуально-духовного потенціалу майбутніх фахівців та розвитку їх ціннісних компетентностей. Мета статті полягає у розмежуванні термінів «компетентність» і «компетенція», теоретичному обґрунтуванні ціннісних компетентностей майбутнього соціального педагога у наукових дослідженнях. Методи: аналіз, систематизація й узагальнення філософської, соціологічної та психолого-педагогічної літератури з метою з’ясування стану розробленості досліджуваної проблеми та уточнення понятійного апарату. Результати. Особливістю сучасного етапу розвитку суспільства є ставлення до студента як до найвищої соціальної цінності. Реформування освітньої галузі покликане сприяти орієнтації молоді на засвоєння цінностей у своєму житті й професійній діяльності.The article states that the formation of the professional training of the personality of the future social teacher is determined by the reform of modern education, which requires radical changes in the educational process, the use of advanced technologies and teaching methods that would promote the intellectual and spiritual potential of future specialists and the development of their value competencies. The purpose of the paper is to delineate the terms "competence" and "competence", the theoretical substantiation of the value competencies of the future social teacher in scientific research. Methods: analysis, systematization and generalization of philosophical, sociological and psychological-pedagogical literature in order to find out the state of development of the problem under investigation and clarification of the conceptual apparatus. Result.s The peculiarity of the modern stage of society's development is the attitude towards the student as the highest social value. The reform of the educational branch is intended to promote the orientation of young people to the acquisition of values ​​in their lives and professional activities.

The task of modern high school is not only to provide the relevant professional knowledge, but also to prepare a teacher who understands and understands his role in society, is able to creatively use the acquired knowledge in practice, values ​​the opinion of his colleagues, uses advanced pedagogical experience, critically evaluates the achievement, possesses value competencies. The solution to this problem is initiated in a higher education institution. The formation of value competencies becomes more important in connection with the complication and expansion of social experience, the emergence of new diverse forms of representation and transformation of information, the need for the development of new social roles, with the increase in the level of those requirements that the society sets and to which society it is borne responsibility.
