Форми співробітництва територіальних громад

Abstract

Мета дослідження. Територіальні громади в світі вже давно визнані одним із найефективніших методів вирішення проблем сталого розвитку на місцях. Досвід багатьох країн світу вказує на те, що органи місцевого самоврядування не об’єднані в територіальні громади не є абсолютно самодостатніми в аспекті ресурсного забезпечення. Стаття присвячена вивченню теоретичних концепцій здійснення співробітництва територіальними громадами. Методи дослідження. Представлено аналіз існуючих класифікацій форм співробітництва, визначено спільні та відмінні риси. Представлено аналіз співробітництва територіальних громад України. Результат. Наголошено на актуальності подальшого розвитку співробітництва на рівні територіальних громад та окреслено перспективні напрями дослідження в середньостроковій перспективі.The purpouse of the study. Territorial communities in the world have long been recognized as one of the most effective methods of solving the problems of sustainable development on the ground. The experience of many countries of the world indicates that local governments are not united in territorial communities are not completely self-sufficient in terms of resource support. The article is devoted to the study of theoretical concepts of cooperation with territorial communities. Research methods. The analysis of existing classifications of forms of cooperation is presented, common and distinctive features are defined. The analysis of cooperation of territorial communities of Ukraine is presented. Result. It was emphasized on the urgency of further development of cooperation at the level of territorial communities and outlined perspective directions of research in the medium-term perspective.
