Компетентнісний підхід в контексті професійної підготовки психологів (спеціальних, клінічних)

Abstract

Мета дослідження. У статті розкрито проблему запровадження компетентнісного підходу. Подано теоретичний аналiз понять «компетенцiя» й «компетентнiсть». Розглянуто взаємозв’язок мiж цими поняттями й обґрунтовано їх розмежування. Зроблено теоретичне обґрунтування поняттям «підхід» та «професійна компетентність». Проведено аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури дозволяє зробити висновок що компетентність це сукупність знань, умінь і навичок, що визначає результат праці, поєднання теоретичної та практичної підготовки студентів та знань із професійно-особистісними якостями, на основі яких формується творчий потенціал психолога (спеціального, клінічного) та будується його діяльність. Уточнено концепції професійної компетентності фахівців. Визначено підходи професійної компетентності. Для досягнення поставленої мети й визначених завдань були застосовані такі методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз, компаративний аналіз, порівняння опрацьованої психолого-педагогічної літератури професійної компетентності. Результатом дослідження є визначені концепти і підходи, які можуть бути використані в ході вирішення завдань компетентності та формування особистості майбутнього психолога в межах його професійної підготовки. The purpouse of the study. The article reveals the problem of introducing a competent approach. Theoretical analysis of the concepts of "competency" and "competence" is given. The interconnection between these concepts is considered and their differentiation is substantiated. Theoretical substantiation of the concept "approach" and "professional competence" is made. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature allows us to conclude that competence is a set of knowledge and skills that determines the result of work, a combination of theoretical and practical training of students and knowledge with professional and personal qualities, on the basis of which the creative potential of a psychologist (special, clinical) and his activities are being built. The concept of professional competence of specialists is specified. The approaches of professional competence are determined. Research methods. The study of the peculiarities of professional activity makes it possible to solve various scientific and practical tasks, namely: professional selection, professional consultation, designing of new types of activity, professional development, creation of models of specialists of a certain branch, and the development of new forms and methods for training skilled personnel, methods of formation on this basis. their professional competence. The process of forming the professional competence of a future psychologist (special, clinical) should be considered in close connection with the analysis of his professional activity, since the peculiarities of activity are translated into the educational process, in determining the degree of significance of a discipline and the number of hours for it in the structure of the curriculum. Competent approach in higher education is aimed at the comprehensive development and preparation of the student for his professional activity not only as a competent specialist but also as a highly educated person and involves the ability to continuous self-improvement, self-education, creative decision-making and the development of humanistic values. The following methods were used to achieve the set goal and defined tasks: theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, comparison of the elaborated psychological and pedagogical literature of professional competence.The result of the study is defined concepts and approaches that can be used in solving the tasks of competence and the formation of the personality of the future psychologist within his professional training.
