Педагогічне спілкування як фактор взаємодії викладача і студентів

Abstract

Мета дослідження. З огляду на розвиток освіти в сучасних умовах вагомого значення набуває виховання особистостей, здатних до саморозвитку і самореалізації морально-етичних, естетичних і культуромовних якостей. Метою статті є проаналізувати особливості педагогічного спілкування в умовах потужного впливу віртуального світу на свідомість учасників навчально-виховного процесу, роль комунікативної компетентності у професійній підготовці сучасного фахівця. У статті наголошується, що комунікативна компетентність – це узагальнена комунікативна властивість особистості, яка включає розвинуті комунікативні здібності, сформовані уміння і навички міжособистісного спілкування, знання про основні його закономірності та правила. Методи дослідження. Для вирішення поставлених завдань у процесі роботи використовувалися такі методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз і синтез під час опрацювання лінгвістичної, психологічної, педагогічної та методичної літератури з досліджуваної проблеми; емпіричні: проведення й аналіз занять з української мови за професійним спрямуванням, зокрема з використанням інтернет-ресурсів, дискусій, завдань із культури усного і писемного мовлення. Результат. У результаті аналізу проблеми дійшли до висновку про те, що негативний вплив віртуального світу під час педагогічного спілкування можна мінімізувати раціонально використовуючи інтернет-ресурси з навчальною метою, дотримуватися правил культури мовлення, з урахуванням духовних потреб комунікантів і формування їх комунікативної компетентності.The purpose of the study. The bringing up of individuals capabber to self-development and self-realization of moralethical, aesthetic and cultural qualities becomes more and more important in modern education nowadays.The aim of this article is to analyze the peculiarities ofpedagogical communication in the process of powerful influence of the virtual world on the conscionsness of the participants in the educational process, the role of communicative competence in the professional training of a modern specialist.It is stressed that the communicative competence is generalized communicative property of an individual, which includes developed communicative scills and abilities of interpersonal communication and knowledge about its main regularities and rules. Research methods.The following research methods were used to solve the problems. The first method is theoretical. It’s analysis and synthesis during the processing of linquistic, psycological, pedagogical and methodological literature. Another method is empirical which includes conducting and analyzing of classes in Ukrainian in a professional way, using the Internet resources, discussions, tasks in culture of speaking and writing. Result. As a result of the analysis of this problem we came to conclusion that the negative influence of the virtual world during the pedagogical communication can be minimized by rationally using of Internet resources for educational purposes, keeping the rules of culture of speech, paying attention to spiritual needs of persons and the formation of their communicative competence.
