Актуальні проблеми зовнішньої політики та безпеки країн і регіонів світу в контексті поширення сучасних міжнародних конфліктів

Abstract

Узагальнено поняття «міжнародний конфлікт» на основі безпекових позицій. Досліджено актуальні безпекові проблеми планети в контексті поширення сучасних міжнародних конфліктів. Визначено найбільш загрозливі проблемні питання світової безпеки, що сформувалися під впливом поширення сучасних збройних конфліктів. Проаналізовано основні міжнародні конфлікти на планеті. Визначено ступінь їх небезпечного впливу на сучасну світову політику та можливості розв’язання третьої світової війни. Вказано на ступінь гостроти сучасних міжнародних конфліктів та розкрито їх вплив на регіональну політику держав. Акцентовано на необхідності вирішення актуальних проблем сучасної зовнішньої політики з позиції врегулювання існуючих міжнародних конфліктів. The concept of international conflict on the basis of security positions is generalized. The urgent security problems of the planet in the context of the spread of modern international conflicts are investigated. The most threatening issues of world security, which were formed under the influence of the spread of modern armed conflicts, were determined. The main international conflicts on the planet are analysed. The degree of their danger to the contemporary world politics and the possibility of solving the Third World War is determined. The degree of acuteness of modern international conflicts is pointed out and their influence on the regional policy of the states is disclosed. The emphasis is on the need to solve topical problems of contemporary foreign policy from the point of view of resolving existing international conflicts.
