Формування державницької позиції учнівської молоді позашкільних навчальних закладів як виховна система

Abstract

Сучасна освітньо-виховна система України перебуває у стані реформування, значні зміни відбуваються з метою наближення освіти до соціальних та економічних реалій сьогодення. Матеріали статті присвячено вивченню державницького виховання учнівської молоді. Автор обґрунтовує важливість означеної проблематики, зазначаючи, що основним завданням позашкільних навчальних закладів є створення виховного простору, що базується на цінностях державницької культури. Опрацювання наукових джерел дозволяє стверджувати, що основним завданням позашкільних навчальних закладів є створення виховного простору, що насичений цінностями державної культури, а також – вихованням бережливого ставлення та прагнення до примноження державних надбань. Ціннісне ставлення особистості до держави, суспільства і до самого себе виявляється у таких якостях, як патріотизм, національна самосвідомість, правосвідомість, політична культура, а також культура міжетнічних відносин. Діяльність позашкільних закладів містить усі можливості для оптимізації державницького виховання учнівської молоді та залучення інноваційних форм і методів у процес формування національної приналежності особистості в контексті державницького виховання молоді у сучасних соціально-політичних умовах розвитку України. Державницьке виховання учнівської молоді поєднує в собі низку окремих напрямів виховання: духовно-моральне, правове, військово-патріотичне тощо. Головним результатом виховних зусиль, на думку автора, має стати готовність учнівської молоді до державницької діяльності як внутрішнього системного утворення, що передбачає чотири основні компоненти: психолого-педагогічний, освітній, соціальний та духовно-моральний. Форми і методи, що використовують педагогічні працівники, як зазначає автор, мають ґрунтуватися на взаємодії, і спрямовуватися на самостійний пошук істини, сприяти формуванню критичного мислення, ініціативи й творчості. У статті представлено результати розробки та впровадження програми формування державницької позиції учнівської молоді під назвою «Дослідник чудес», що передбачає розвиток знань про рідний край, народ, державу, розвиток уявлень про власну етно-національну приналежність, патріотичних почуттів тощо. Проведене дослідження з використанням форм і методів державницького виховання сприяло отриманню успішних результатів щодо формування державницької позиції учнівської молоді в умовах позашкільного навчального закладу. The modern educational and upbringing system in Ukraine is reforming, significant changes are taking place in order to make education closer to social and economic realities. The materials of the article are devoted to the study of the state education of pupils. The author justifies the importance of the mentioned problem, noting that the main task of out-of-school educational institutions is the creation of an educational area based on the values of state culture. Studying of scientific sources of information suggests that the main task of out-of-school educational institutions is creation of an educational space that is saturated with the values of state culture, as well as the education of a careful attitude and the intention to increase the state's achievements. Person`s valuable attitude to the state, society and to himself can be noticed in such qualities as patriotism, national consciousness, legal consciousness, political culture, as well as the culture of interethnic relations. Out-of-school establishments` activities include all possibilities for optimizing the student youth`s state education and attracting innovative forms and methods to the process of forming person`s national identity in the context of the student youth`s state education in the current socio-political development of Ukraine. The state education of student youth combines a number of particular directions of upbringing: spiritual and moral, legal, military-patriotic and others. The author insists that the main result of educational efforts should be readiness of pupils youth for state activity as an internal systemic education. It contains four main components: psychological, pedagogical, educational, social and spiritual-moral. The author notices that the forms and methods used by pedagogues should be based on interaction, be directed to independent search for verity. These forms and methods should facilitate formation of critical thinking, initiative and creativity. The results of the elaboration and implementation of the program for the state position of the student youth`s formation entitled «The Wonder Explorer» are presented in the article. This program provides for the development of knowledge about the native land, the people, the state, the development of ideas about their own ethno-national identity, patriotic feelings. The forms and methods of student youth`s state education has been used in this research. The successful results in the formation of the student youth`s state position in the conditions of out-of-school education has been achieved.
