Спеціальні вміння в структурі іміджу тренера з футболу під час роботи з командами різного рівня

Abstract

Мета статті – визначення особливостей структури професійного іміджу тренера з футболу в командах різного рівня. Результати. За результатами власних емпіричних досліджень із застосуванням програмного забезпечення SPSS побудована модель функціонального іміджу тренера з футболу, яка включає індивідуально-психологічні якості й характеристики, що забезпечують ефективність тренерської діяльності; характеристики, які відображають особливості поведінки та взаємодії; характеристики, що відображають узагальнене поняття про статус і професійну освіту; характеристики, які відображають сприйняття зовнішності тренера; спеціальні знання та вміння тренера. Є такі характеристики іміджу, що відображають спеціальні знання й уміння тренера та мають високу значущість для спортсменів усіх команд: доступні донесення інформації спортсменам, поставлена мова, знання методики навчання й тренування, допомога в становленні особистості спортсмена, педагогічна майстерність, любить дітей, працює з молоддю. Висновки. Визначено важливі фактори та індивідуально-психологічні характеристики формування позитивного професійного іміджу тренера у футболі, які можуть бути застосовані в процесі формування й корекції професійного іміджу на різних етапах професійного становлення. Topicality. Image largely determines the effectiveness of a coach. Some authors emphasize the importance of the problem of forming an effective, efficient image of a coach to help improve the performance of competitive activities of athletes. At present, the problem of the image of a sports coach remains understudied. Objective. Determining the features of the structure of the professional image of the football coach when working with teams of different levels. Results. According to the results of own empirical research using SPSS software, the functional image model of football coach has been identified, which includes individual psychological qualities and characteristics that ensure the effectiveness of coaching; characteristics that reflect the features of behavior and interaction; characteristics, reflecting a generalized notion of status and vocational education; characteristics that reflect the perception of the appearance of the coach; coach expertise and skill. Special skills of a coach of high importance for teams of different levels include: ability to convey information to athletes, well-delivered speech, knowledge of training and training techniques, assistance in the formation of the athlete's personality, competent teacher, loves children, works with young people. The most important feature for all teams is this ability to communicate information to athletes.Conclusions. Significant factors and individual psychological characteristics creating a positive professional football coach image, which can be used in the process of forming and correction of professional image at different stages of professional development, have been identified.
