Освітнє середовище навчального закладу як детермінанта розвитку професійного потенціалу майбутнього вихователя

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі створення освітнього середовища вищого навчального закладу, котре постає як певна система умов-ресурсів, які забезпечують якісну фахову освіту особистості. Такий підхід дає змогу трактувати умови та можливості освітнього середовища у якості чинника, що впливає на формування та розвиток професійних якостей особистості майбутнього фахівця. Враховуючи та змінюючи їх можна здійснювати прямий вплив на освітній процес та його результати. Автори розглядають освітнє середовище як детермінанту становлення професіоналізму майбутнього фахівця у процесі професійної підготовки у вищому навчальному закладі. Відмічено, що розвиток творчого потенціалу магістрів дошкільної освіти потребує організації відповідного освітнього середовища у вищому навчальному закладі, успішність та ефективність організації якого залежить від реалізації трьох його основних компонентів: інформаційно-змістового (зміст освітньої діяльності); особистісного (учасники освітнього процесу) та організаційно-діяльнісного (форми, методи та засоби освітньої діяльності). The article deals with the problem of the creating of educational environment of higher educational institute, which appeals as some kind of system of conditions and sources for providing of qualitative professional education of personality. This approach allows interpreting the conditions and opportunities of educational environment as the factor, which influences to the forming and development of professional abilities of personality of future specialist. By considering and changing it we can exert direct influence on the educational process and its results. Authors consider educational environment as the determinant of incipience of the professionalism of future specialist in the process of professional preparation in the higher educational institute. There also marked, that the development of creative potential of masters of preschool education also needs the organization of the special creative educational environment in the higher educational institute. There is determined, that the progress and effectiveness of its organization straightly depends on realization of three main components: informational-content (content of educational activities); personal (all participants of educational process) and organizational and actively (forms, methods and means of educational activities).
