Формування суспільної активності особистості як умова її громадянської зрілості

Abstract

На підставі аналізу відповідних характеристик суспільно-колективістської активності дітей та підлітків, зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів її стимулювання стаття розкриває, що вона є результатом дії конкретних соціальних ситуацій, в яких вся багатоманітність зовнішніх вимог, стихійних чи скоригованих організаторами виховного процесу, заломлюється крізь призму індивідуалізованих соціальних установок, внаслідок чого виявляється єдність об’єктивного і суб’єктивного, зовнішнього і внутрішнього, суб’єктивації (переведення суспільного в індивідуальне) і об’єктивації (реалізації власних здібностей, прагнень і сил у суспільних відносинах). Ця єдність – безпосередня об’єктивна умова формування суспільно-колективістської позиції, як передумови успішної соціалізації особистості, що виявляється у змісті і формах життєдіяльності. Педагогічне управління процесом формування суспільно-колективістської позиції дітей та підлітків ставить проблему визначення основних елементів соціальної ситуації, що справляють вплив на становлення і розвиток кожної з чотирьох її компонентів: афективного, пізнавального, діяльнісного та ціннісно-орієнтаційного. Суспільно-колективістська позиція дитини виявляється у її зовнішніх реакціях на певну ситуацію в життєдіяльності колективу дитячої та юнацької організації , що характеризують емоційне ставлення дитини до колективу, до фактів і подій колективного співжиття; знання й розуміння суті явищ, що відбуваються в колективі і суспільстві, вміння орієнтуватись в них; рівень здатності до об’єктивної оцінки спрямованості, ініціативи, дисциплінованості та відповідальності під час організації і проведення колективних справ, громадської роботи. Саме цим забезпечується успішність процесу громадянського виховання юної особистості у дитячій та юнацькій організації. On the basis of analysis of appropriate characteristics of social collectivist activity of children and teenagers, external and internal factors of its stimulation, the article reveals that it is the result of influence of specific social situations, in which all diversity of external, natural or corrected by organizers of educational process requirements is refracted throw the prism of individualized social attitudes. As the conclusion the union of objective and subjective, external and internal, subjection (transfer from social to individual) and objectification (realization of personal abilities, aspirations and forces in social relations) appears. This unity is the immediate objective condition of forming social collectivist position, as the precondition of the successful socialization of the personality which appears in the content and forms of vital activity. The pedagogical management of the process of forming of social collectivist position of children and teenagers causes the problem of the definition of general elements of social situation, which influence on the incipience and development of each of four components: affective, cognitive, active and value-orientate. The social collectivist position of the child appears in the external reactions to the certain situation in the vital activity of children’s and youth’s organization. They characterize emotional attitude of child to the collective, to the facts and events of collective cohabitation; knowledge and understanding of the essence of the phenomena, which take place in the collective and society, skills to orientate there; the level of ability to objective assessment of directivity, initiatives, discipline and responsibility during the organization and carrying out the collective cases, civil work.
