Abstract

Дана стаття присвячена досить новим галузям психології – екології бізнесу, яка розглядає бізнес структуру як живий організм, який народжується, живе і вмирає і психології здоров’я, що пов’язана зі здоров’ям і якістю життя людини. Також у статті розглядаються питання екології стосунків у бізнесі, психічного здоров’я як комплексу понять, установок, навиків тощо, спрямованих на збереження і розвиток стосунків в різних аспектах життя людини.

In the article represents the aspects of the young directions of psychology - the business ecology, that examines a business structure as largeas life an organism that gives birth, lives and dies. And the psychology of health, that is closely related to the health and quality of life of the human. Also in the article the rise questions of the ecology of the relations are examined in the business, the psychical health, as complex of the concepts, options, skills, that is sent to maintenance and development of relations in the different aspects of the life of the human. Was analyzed the main psychological conceptions of the problem of psychical health, singled out personal and professional qualities of a his psychical health as necessary condition of effectiveness of professional activity. It was studied the main approaches to understanding of business ecology and psychical health of a personality, grounded the integrative nature of psychical health in development of all the components of self-regulation which are the determining in formation of self- development of a personality.
