Інвестиційні зрушення в політиці підвищення конкурентоспроможності на регіональних ринках нерухомості

Abstract

В статті досліджено сутність поняття регіонального ринку нерухомості. Визначено зв’язок між ринками нерухомого майна та інвестиціями. Досліджено точки зору провідних світових науковців щодо формування ринків нерухомості в регіональному аспекті, а також різних факторів впливу на динаміку їх інвестиційного забезпечення. Здійснено ґрунтовне дослідження різних чинників впливу на стан регіональних ринків нерухомості. Визначено залежність ринку нерухомості від інших ринків, що є до нього дотичними. Запропоновано оптимальну стратегію поведінки учасників регіональних ринків нерухомого майна в залежності від тенденцій, кон’юнктури та їх економічного розвитку.

In the article, the essence of the concept of the regional real estate market is explored. The relationship between real estate and investment markets is determined. The points of view of leading world scientists concerning the formation of real estate markets in the regional aspect, as well as various factors influencing the dynamics of their investment support are researched. A thorough study of various factors influencing the state of the regional real estate markets is carried out. The dependence of the real estate market on other markets that are tangent to it is determined. The optimal strategy of the behaviour of participants in regional real estate markets is offered, depending on trends, conditions and their economic development.
