Загальні тенденції актуалізації дошкільного виховання в україні на межі ХІХ-ХХ століть

Abstract

В статті піднімається питання становлення й розвитку дошкільного вихованні в Україні наприкінці ХІХ на початку ХХ століття; визначаються загальні історичні й соціально-економічні передумови актуалізації виховання дітей переддошкільного й дошкільного віку, зокрема малозабезпечених верств населення; наголошується на тому, що появу й поширення суспільних дошкільних закладів спричинило, по-перше, розуміння

в широких громадських колах ролі систематичного виховання дітей для їхнього повноцінного і своєчасногорозвитку, по-друге, залучення жінки до промислового виробництва, яке на той час інтенсивно розвивалось; подається стисла інформація про діяльність благодійних громадсько-педагогічних товариств – Київського товариства народних дитячих садків, Фребелівського педагогічного товариства, що опікувалися вихованням малолітніх дітей, сприяли відкриттю народних дитячих садків, пропагували ідеї дошкільного виховання; окреслюються й характеризуються типи дитячих навчально-виховних закладів, що мали місце на території України в означений період; висвітлюються загальні особливості діяльності народних дитячих садків, в яких виховувались діти найбіднішого населення; акцентується увага на тому, що в роботі народних дитячих садків зустрічались численні труднощі, які спричиняли стихійність й часто інтуїтивність їхньої діяльності; зазначається, що у відкритих на межі століть в Україні дитячих садках і в інших дошкільних закладах національний матеріал був зовсім відсутній, а виховний процес здійснювався тільки російською мовою; в Україні питання про націоналізацію дошкільного виховання вперше було порушено С. Русовою на сторінках часопису «Світло». The question of incipience and development of preschool education in Ukraine in the end of ХІХ and in the early ХХ century is raised in the article; there also general historical and social-economical preconditions of actualization of education of children of before preschool and preschool age, in particular the poor population groups are determined; it is clamed that the appearance and spreading of social preschool educational institutes were caused by, firstly, understanding in the wide social circles the role of systematic education of children for their timely development, secondly, the woman attraction to industrial production, which has been developing rapidly in that time; the brief information about activity of charity social and educational partnerships

– Kiev Society of People's kindergartens, Frebel’s Pedagogical Society, which took care about education of underage children, contributed to opening of people's kindergartens, promoted the ideas of preschool education, is submitted; the types of children's educational institutions on the territory of Ukraine in the appointed period are outlined and characterized; the general features of activity of people's kindergartens, in which children from the poorest population were educated, are highlighted; the attention is accented on the fact, that there were many difficulties in the work of people's kindergartens, which brought the spontaneity and often even intuitiveness of its activity; there’s also noted, that in the opened at the turn of the century kindergartens in Ukraine and other preschool institutes the national material was absolutely absent, and the educational process was implemented only on Russian language; the question about nationalization of preschool education was initiated in Ukraine at first time by S. Rusova on the pages of magazine «Svitlo».
