Духовність особистості: аксіологічний вимір

Abstract

У статті відображено результати теоретичного аналізу наукових підходів щодо визначення феномену духовності підростаючої особистості в аксіологічному аспекті. Розкрито змістову сутність поняття «духовність» контексті філософії, соціології, психології, педагогіки. Виявлено, що у трактуваннях означеного поняття простежується значне тяжіння до категорії «цінності». Схарактеризовано сутність категорій: «цінності», «ціннісні орієнтації». До структури духовних цінностей віднесено: загальнолюдські, громадянські і суспільні цінності, національні цінності, сімейні (родинні), особистісні духовні цінності. Наголошується на тому, що аксіологічна складова духовності акумулює сформованість стійкої позитивної настанови, прагнень, орієнтирів щодо сприйняття, осмислення духовних цінностей, мотиваційної спрямованості особистості (наявність духовних ціннісних орієнтацій, духовних потреб); мотивація самовдосконалення (наявність духовного ідеалу); спрямованість на задоволення духовних потреб. У площині окреслених позицій зроблено висновок, що виховання духовності підростаючої особистості здійснюється за допомогою трансформації мотивів, ціннісних орієнтацій, потреб, настанов школярів. The results of the theoretical analysis of scientific approaches about determination of the phenomena of increasing personality in the axiological aspect are showed in the article. The sense of the concept of “spirituality” in the context of the philosophy, sociology, psychology, pedagogy is opened. There is discovered that in the treatments of this concept the significant attraction to the “values” category is trace. There is the characteristic of the sense of the categories of “values” and “values orientations”. The general, civil and social, national values, family, personal spiritual values are the structure of spiritual values. There is the note that axiological component of spirituality accumulates the formation of stable positive attitude, aspirations, and orientations about perception and realizing of spiritual values, motivational orientation of personality (availability of spiritual valuable orientations, spiritual requirements); motivation of self improvement (availability of spiritual ideal); the focus on the satisfaction of spiritual requirements. In the plane of these positions the conclusion that education of spirituality of increasing personality carries by means of transformation of reasons, valuable orientations, requirements and guides of students.
