Дослідження артрологічного статусу хворих на гонартроз

Abstract

Розглянуто сучасні погляди на опитувальники, які застосовуються для оцінки артрологічного статусу хворих на гонартроз, та складові альгофункціонального індексу Лекена. У дослідженні використано дані анкетного опитування 134 хворих на гонартроз ІІ і ІІІ рентгенологічних стадій. Наведено дані щодо розподілу хворих у залежності від ступеня тяжкості захворювання. Встановлено позитивну динаміку всіх складових артрологічного статусу хворих на гонартроз в результаті проведеного лікування та фізичної реабілітації. The modern views for questioning ill people were considered those are used for estimation of arthrological status of patients ill with gonarthrosis and constituents of Lequesne’s index. The data of a questionnaire of 134 patients suffering from gonarthrosis of I and III radiological stages were used in this investigation. Besides, it was given the information about distinguishing of patients depending on the stage of their illness. The positive dynamics of all constituents of arthrological status of patients is established on gonarthrosis as a result of the carried out treatment and physical rehabilitation
